We would like to inform you that no sheets and blankets are provided at Horizon. Only a mattress and a pillow are provided.
We therefore ask that parents are correctly informed so that each child brings the following:
Fleece blankets are currently available from as little as €2.50 and down blankets from as little as €12.50 in various shops. It may therefore make sense to inform parents about this. Renting at Horizon entails additional costs, which as a school can easily be avoided. Due to the many necessary operations, such as washing, drying and collection and delivery, the rental price is relatively high, which can be an important consideration when making a choice.
For this reason, we now only rent bedding in emergencies, such as when a student forgot to bring anything or had an accident.
As a school, you have the option of renting a set of sheets and/or a duvet from Horizon.
This price applies regardless of the length of stay, whether it is 3 days (2 nights) or 5 days (4 nights) or longer. This is because the cost is mainly determined by the necessary operations, such as washing, drying and returning the bedding.
