Horizon offers tailor-made activity programmes for groups staying with us. At your request, we can guide you in putting together an animation programme. This is possible from 1 year before arrival. Our deadline: the animation offer must be signed 3 months before arrival.
Start in good time, preferably at least 6 months before your stay. For stays in May-June, we recommend booking earlier. Early requests have a greater chance of availability.

Some fun seaside activities include catching crabs, shrimp fishing, the Story of WWII on the coast in Atlantic Wall, Astropolis astronomy and space travel, a boat trip with the Franlis, a fully organised sports day or afternoon on site with Sportievak or a visit to Sea Life. It's all possible.
Please note that we can arrange workshops and transport, not lunch locations. Many places do not have a refectory or space to eat inside. Keep this in mind when planning your programme. Our refectories in Horizon are always accessible to eat your picnic.
Do you wish to rent bicycles for your stay at Horizon in Bredene? A nice saving on your budget and you ensure healthy movement in the fresh sea air every day. The bicycles are brought on site and collected.
On April 3, 1995, the Iceland trawler Amandine entered the port of Ostend for the last time. Fortunately, the Amandine got a new life as a museum and you can now visit this piece of maritime heritage and get a taste of the rough life of fishermen.
